With over 20 years in the financial sector, Stephanie Dager is the driving force behind Aritmétika’s success. She founded Administradora de Inversión Progresión, launching three specialized funds focused on factoring, payroll loans, and financial judgments. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience in investment banking and led the transactions team at Progresión. Stephanie has completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard University and holds a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
